How I Beat Diabetes And You Can Too!

Those who know me know I have traveled a long bumpy and painful road to recover from a stroke that nearly ended my life.  It has been almost 2 years since that awful day and I wanted to let you know what worked and what didn't work for me to be healthy and 100% MED FREE!



That's right, med free and I no longer see a doctor for checkups and blood tests.

So, what did I do to get rid of the prescriptions and confident enough not to see doctors regularly?

You see, for the first year after the stroke, I did what the doctors told me to do.  They had me on so many pills and the pills were causing even more problems.  (That is the problem with drugs, the side effects can be just as bad as what the problem is, to begin with.)  I had my doctor change my drugs for high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes often because the side effects were horrible.

One day, I was so fed up with the drugs, I asked my doctor if I stuck to a diet of just vegetables and got plenty of exercises could I reverse my type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. He said "NO!".  He said my condition was progressive and soon I would have to inject insulin every day.  I said, "You want to bet?".

That is the day I decided to do as much research as possible, to discover what foods, herbs, and plants were best to treat type 2 diabetes.  What I discovered is only the tip of the iceberg. I'm sure there is more to discover, but this is what I know as of now.

From the plants I eat now, I have lost more than 100 lbs., got my blood pressure corrected, gotten rid of high cholesterol, cleared up a skin condition and have other issues back to normal...  I used to have neuropathy in my feet and legs and would wake up from the pains shooting through. No more pain these days!

In other words, I have transformed my body into a healthier condition than it has been since I was in my 20's.  I still have a ways to go but I feel and look a lot better than 2 years ago.

Now don't get me wrong.  I'm am not putting doctors down.  They do what they are trained to do.  Most are very good at what they do (for the most part) and that's keeping you alive.  But they aren't the end all to getting diseases cured and treating the root cause as to why people have diabetes.  (Most doctors and people think it is from eating too much sugar.  That is another discussion for another day but you would be surprised what really is the cause in most cases.)  Doctors treat the immediate symptoms with drugs.  And drugs are not the solution to getting rid of the problem.  Drugs are a temporary fix ONLY!... making you a regular customer dependent on doctors to stay alive and not to suffer strokes, heart attacks or worse.

And to prove my point, why have doctors been prescribing opiates for years to control pain thinking these drugs were not addictive.  Why would they put their trust in a drug company? Now this country has the highest amount of heroin users than ever before because of this practice.  Thousands have also died from these prescriptions as well. So don't believe what your doctors tell you because they are not the end all to knowing everything just like I am not either.  Always question what people tell you and do your own research!!!

So here are my top plants that I use and you should try them as well.  What do you have to lose???... your prescription medications!

1.  My number one go-to plant is Moringa.  I have been using this now for almost 1 year and have taken more and more of it daily to achieve my health goals. I consume on average 35 pills a day now.  I don't recommend anyone else taking that amount to start with.  If you have an illness like diabetes then start with 3-4 pills in the morning and 3-4 pills at night.  Make sure your pills are 100% MORINGA and not cut with something else.  Each pill should be around 500 mg.  Below is what moringa leaves look like.




2.  Curry leaves.  I consume curry leaves every day now.  Eaten raw on an empty stomach will keep blood sugars under control.  I also cook with the leaves and put about 10-15 leaves in my scrambled eggs every morning.  I like the taste and aroma.  I rough chop the leaves before sauteing them with onions and a spicy sliced pepper.  

Don't confuse curry leaves with curry sauces.  Curry leaves are not used to make curry sauces.  Below is what curry leaves look like.
These are my meds right now.  I will be adding turmeric and ginger in the future.  But for now, this is all I take and they have replaced my doctor and meds and just might do the same for you.

One more thing... I replaced meats with vegetables and I walk 2 miles every day.  I feel better and all I can do is report what is working for me.  Your health is based on your lifestyle.  Eat junk food every day and your health will also be junk.  It is a life choice and I choose to live pain-free and healthy for as long as possible. As always I urge you to do your own research and remember I am not a doctor so always check with your doctor before using any spice, herb or plant.  (I only say this to avoid lawsuits).  And always remember, your doctor makes money by writing drug prescriptions and they don't study natural healing methods (for the most part... some do).
