Snake Gourds Are Healthy For Diabetics And Grow Fast

This Blog (if you haven't guessed) is dedicated to plants that heal so you can be healthier than you have ever been and live a long and happy life without the need to see doctors!  Whether you are plagued with health issues or not, eating the plants I show you can only improve your current condition and maybe add years to your life.

This post is about snake gourds and why you should eat this wonderful gourd...

Snake gourds I am growing that are 2 1/2 weeks old.  They grow fast!

Most people living in India know what a snake gourd is.  Not all know how beneficial they are to one's health.  And to a type 2 diabetics, it is invaluable.  Snake gourd helps to regulate blood sugars.  But there are also a number of other benefits from a fruit that grows as much as 12ft long very quickly.  (They are fun to grow and will amaze you to how fast they grow.  Every day I look at my plants I see how much bigger they are than the day before.)

So here is a list of health benefits you can get by cooking this powerhouse plant.

You will get high levels of protein as well as vitamins... it possesses vitamin A, B, C, as well as manganese, magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium, and iodine.

1.  Not only can snake gourd help you control diabetes they can even get rid of fever.  Like aspirin, they can reduce and even eliminate fevers.

2.  Improve blood circulation.  When you improve blood circulation you improve almost every single vital organ and tissue in your body.  Your eyesight, legs, feet, skin... everything will improve and start working and looking better.

3.  Detoxes your body and helps to restore the normal functioning of your kidneys and liver and is known to treat successfully jaundice and hepatitis.

4.  Greatly improves your respiratory system by loosening phlegm in your sinuses.

5.  Improves your immune system due to the large amounts of vitamin C.  Any time you get vitamins from plants it will absorb far greater than eating a pill.

6.  It has anti-aging properties and will restore your complexion and making your skin youthful again.

Get Healthy Taking Tumeric

Turmeric is a root called a "rhizome" and it's health benefits are so great you just might be shocked after reading this short post.

It is not well known is the USA as a plant that can heal almost any disease or conditions you may have, but soon you will know.

Next to Moringa, it is a very close second in its properties as a superfood.  If you use Turmeric properly (there is a certain way it must be used to gain the full benefit) alongside Moringa every day your health might be so good you just might have to be fitted with a cape so you can show others how you just became a superhero!

The "curcumin" compound, found in turmeric, is powerful enough that it can help relieve arthritis pain, break up tumors, and control diabetes. It promotes good blood flow, which helps protect against heart disease. The plant may even keep some brain plaques from forming, though more research on that front is needed.

I grow a rare variety called "Mango Turmeric".  It is a very pretty plant and you should grow yours as well.  I can't grow enough.  All I can grow I have orders for.  This is one plant in very high demand!

If you want anti-inflammatory effects you need to get 500 to 1,000 milligrams of curcuminoids per day.” When using the spice on its own, the common rule of thumb is that there are 200 milligrams of curcumin in one teaspoon of fresh or ground turmeric.

Now For the Important Part:  To have turmeric enter your bloodstream you need to add BLACK PEPPER.  Also, your body will absorb even more when it is heated up... so add it to your scrambled eggs or soups.  It doesn't take a lot of black pepper but it doesn't hurt to add a ratio of 3 parts black pepper to 10 parts Tumeric.

Also, Turmeric tastes much better when fresh rather than buying it in the spice rack at your local grocery store.

This post only scratches the surface of the topic of Turmeric and all the benefits.  As always I urge you to do your own research and remember I am not a doctor so always check with your doctor before using any spice, herb or plant.  (I only say this to avoid lawsuits).  And always remember this, your doctor makes money by writing drug prescriptions and they don't study (for the most part... some do) natural healing methods.

Farming To Get & Stay Healthy

This blog is for those interested in superior health and beauty.  Now I'm not claiming to be beautiful... far from it... but my wife is and will add to this blog her advise as time goes by.

My wife Teresa as we renewed our vows more than 1 year ago

First, I want to give you the reason why I am spending my time to provide this information that I sincerely hope you find most helpful. (And trust me I value my time because there is so little left.)

I'm almost 64 years old... will be Oct of 2018 and if you noticed when the picture was taken above, a bit chubby.  Almost 2 years ago I had a major stroke that came close to ending my life.  I believe everything happens for a reason and my stroke just might be a major benefit to you.

While I was in the hospital trying to talk (which I couldn't do) and walk (also couldn't do) I reflected on what was the cause to having a stroke.  There were many reasons, neglected type 2 diabetes, smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day, eating candy (I was addicted to chocolate)... in short, didn't take care of myself and swelled up to 270 lbs.

I knew I had to take drastic measures if I wanted to live longer.  My doctors weren't much help (sure, they made sure my high blood pressure, high cholesterol and blood sugars were under control by prescribing drugs).

Doctors don't tell you how you got diabetes or any other illness.  I asked if I could reverse my conditions by exercise and diet and was told... NO!  I was told my condition was progressive and that soon I would have to inject insulin.

Well, I am not the kind of person who listens to gloom and doom and figured it was up to me to get healthy and get off the drugs my doctors wanted me to take.  The side effects of these drugs where bad.  I knew there must be a better way.  And understand this, my doctors didn't even advise I exercise or eat healthy, no advise at all to better my health.

One day, while doing research on the web, I ran across an article about Moringa.  Moringa is not so well known in western culture but is known throughout Asia and Africa.  The tree is called the "Miracle Tree".  And for so many reasons I will cover them in future posts.  (I encourage you to look up Moringa on YouTube.com)

Moringa Trees Shown Above Are Called "The Miracle Tree & Drumstick Tree"

My lifestyle changed completely. I quit smoking.  I eat healthier.  I walk 2 miles every morning and I take large quantities of Moringa everyday.  In short, I LOST OVER 100lbs!

So what has happened?  My last and hopefully final visit to my doctor I was asked "What are you doing?".  I told him I walk, eat right and take large quantities of Moringa.  He said "What is Moringa?"  I said, "look it up".  "I know you won't recommend to anyone so I won't tell you about it".

I no longer take prescription medications.  The only thing I take is a baby aspirin as a precaution to make certain I won't have another blood clot go to my brain.

I believe so much in Moringa I bought some land, grow my own veges and fruits as well as grow massive amounts of Moringa.  I now sell the oil which you can find on https://www.mtcfarm.com

MORINGA-OIL-PREMIUM-100-PURE-ORGANIC-COLD-PRESSED-VIRGIN-4-oz-BOTTLES
Moringa has restored my health and it could quite possibly do the same for you.  If you are over weight it helps you lose weight without exercising.  If you have high blood pressure it works to restore a normal blood pressure.  It removes bad cholestrol and returns you to a normal level.  I have helped many people get off their meds and they are now telling their friends.  I love making smart doctors look really dumb.

Here is a short list of the benefits of Moringa...

Now for the disclaimer (so don't sue me)... I am not a doctor nor do I know anything medically... not one single thing.  I am dumb as a rock and I can only tell you what works for me.  It's up to you to check with your doctor prior to using any supplements, herbs and other natural means to treat or cure a condition you might have.  But if you use common sense you should ask yourself how do the poor people around the world stay healthy without doctors they cannot afford.  I did my research and I'm finding out a lot which I will share in up coming posts.

My main point is this... you can change your health for the better and stop taking the drugs doctors prescibe. It is your choice.  I found a better way and I hope you can too.

Here is some technical jargon about Moringa... (try to keep your eyes open as you look at all this)...
